Paradise House
Paradise House, located in Bostcastle Cornwall is a grade II listed building. Existing clients of ours from Hursley were In need of the property to have a full refurbishment.
The 5 bedroom property was fully stripped on the inside, with new heating and plumbing, a whole rewire, and most of the rooms newly plastered with traditional lime plaster.
Working closely with Favonius Architects and Cornwall Conservation, each room was meticulously restored using as many traditional methods as possible.
The modern 1970s extension underwent significant changes to create a bedroom/living area with views of the sea.
To complete the property, the previous conservatory was demolished and reconstructed in a more traditional manor.
