July Cottage
July Cottage is a large forest property which was in need of some modernisation.
By removing the old UPVC conservatory and replacing it with a sizeable garden room, the property now has a more modern feel linking the new space to a brand new kitchen and utility.
Other works included modernisation of the staircase, lounge, downstairs cloakroom and the dining room.
The new porch and patio together with the exterior decoration helps to lift the overall appearance.
