Hawthornes was a technically complex build as the old swimming pool had to be negotiated whilst constructing a solid oversight, compromising of an annexed living space plus two additional bedrooms and a bathroom for the family.
The new had to blend with the already extended house.
Use of an air source heat pump, underfloor heating and plentiful insulation makes the property environmentally more efficient.
Bespoke joinery and quality finishes helped to enhance a wonderful new living space.
