Chalk Cottage

This project presented a fantastic opportunity to replace a collection of outdated outbuildings with a beautifully designed two-bay garage incorporating a practical utility room and a stunning oak-framed home office.

A new garden wall was built to extend across the driveway, creating a clear definition between the drive and a new porcelain-paved patio and courtyard. This outdoor space connects a beautifully crafted orangery, providing a harmonious transition between the house and garden.

We also integrated a state-of-the-art solar energy system and installed a new sewage treatment plant to serve the main house, ensuring the property benefits from modern, efficient, and sustainable infrastructure.
