Avondale

The Brief for Avondale was to convert this 4-bedroom rental property into a holiday home in The New Forest. Working alongside Favonius Architects.

The downstairs was completely renovated, replacing the outdated living spaces with a large open floor plan.

The new kitchen/dining area created an inviting and social area for those staying to be together. A large panoramic window was installed allowing for those staying to relax in the snug and look out across the fields. Other amenities were added such as new log burning stoves and refurbished fireplaces, a large downstairs bathroom as well as a utility and dog room.
